A combination of heath, curiosity and a desire to discover more about experiences I had led me to complementary therapies seeking good health and quality of being.

After a Geography BSc(Hons) I worked as a sculptor's apprentice then joined an artists collective exhibiting and running creative and environmental workshops. I spent my MA Art 2003 digging into the psyche and sensory experience, making sculptural, temporal and interactive artworks exploring intrinsic links between deep geographies, systems of the earth and our human embodied experience.

I practiced co-councilling for a few years in my 20's and later through a diploma in therapeutic healing 2004 I developed language for and capacity to listen to the subtle qualities perceived through our hands.

Studying at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy 2015 provided rich insight and grounding into the internal structures and dynamics of our body systems further developing perceptions and dialogue with the physical, emotional, psychological and energetic body. Integrated CST combines physical, subtle and visionary approaches allowing us to meet an individual's needs in a cohesive way. I continue with ongoing postgraduate studies.

I feel privileged to engage deeply with our body landscapes and to listen to the stories held in our bones, fascia, the flows and subtle rhythms of life in our living systems. This kind of listening with the felt senses, our inner ear and inner vision, opens up a unique space, I find it surprisingly powerful and therapeutic to be heard in this way.  As a therapist I am a compassionate witness to these internal processes and narratives unfolding, integrating and rebalancing through the body.

I believe there is great value in nurturing this dialogue between ourselves and our bodies, our inner space, our bit of earth, and that as we deepen into this relationship we can also develop more fulfilling relationships externally and with the world we inhabit. Craniosacral therapy holds an invitation to become more humane with ourselves, each other and to be more at home in our body.
